January 27, 2020
On our first day of ojt, we started by taking a flag ceremony, After that we went on our designated office. They separate us by two’s, me and christian are assign in BREQS. They teach me how to input all the details of the cenomar, birth, marriage and death certificate.

January 28, 2020
I input some data for the date of January and print the others for the releasing. After that I helped Christian in releasing some documents.

January 29, 2020
I release some of the documents and help christian while he was talking to other customers. They also teach us how to release and how to assist customers in screening before they proceed to pay.

January 30, 2020
They assign me in screening the applicants. I repeat to applicants all the details in their application form if its correct or not, because other applicants mistakenly write the wrong details. I also explain to then what they need to provide if the documents is not theirs.

January 31, 2020
I help in releasing other documents and after that I proceed in screening the applicants. I explain all the details and requirements they needed before we release their documents.
